I struggled for many years with restrictive eating habits. It took a ton of deep work to understand and then change my restrictive mindset patterns.
I reframed my mindset and now treat fitness as a form of self love. I practice many different movements, including resistance training, calisthenics, surfing, climbing and yoga. My training focuses on feeling good and reaching non-aesthetic goals.
Of course I still want to look good. But I now realise that training and nutrition naturally translates into looking my best when I FEEL my best. All you need is a lot of consistency, a little discipline and a whole load of loving yourself to acheive amazing results. Absolutely no restriction and complete food freedom required ;)
